What is the voucher？
Ju.com vouchers can be used to offset futures transaction fees. After receiving the vouchers, they will be automatically used for one or more transactions, depending on the transaction fees.

Exchange Vouchers
The vouchers that have been obtained need to click [Redeem] to enter the futures fund account. There is no exchange limit for vouchers, but when deducting fees, multiple vouchers can be used, and the closer to the expiration time, the higher the priority for deduction

Check the vouchers balance
After successfully receiving and exchanging, the voucher amount will be transferred to the futures account. Users can view the vouchers balance, deduction ratio, and expiration time of the vouchers in "Assets" - "Futures Account".
View Vouchers Deduction
The voucher is the transaction fee generated by each transaction, the deduction ratio. The deduction part will no longer participate in invitation rebates and agent rebates; if the voucher is insufficient, the owned fund will make up the deductible part; the same applies when the owned fund is insufficient. Deduction details can be viewed in the order details
Vouchers post script
- If the voucher is not unlocked and redeemed within the valid period of the voucher, the voucher will become invalid
- The vouchers cannot be transferred out of the account or withdrawn, and can be used for futures trading and futures copy trading
- There are redemption and usage deadlines for the vouchers. The redemption deadlines are shown on the vouchers coupons in the Rewards Hub, and the usage deadlines are shown in the details of the vouchers in the Futures Account. If it is not redeemed or used within the valid period, it will be deemed to have expired
Note: If malicious behavior such as brushing vouchers is found, the platform has the right to dispose of the relevant accounts to recover losses. The final interpretation right of deduction funds belongs to Ju.com.
