I. Settlement Mechanism and Account System
-
Profit sharing withholding and settlement time
When the lead trader positions squaring and generates profits, the system will pre-deduct the profit sharing amount from the futures copy trader's account according to the corresponding proportion. The next day at 00:00, the system will automatically summarize the actual profit and loss of all position squaring orders on the day, and recalculate the profit sharing amount (i.e. actual total profit × profit sharing ratio ).
-
Mechanism of more refund and less supplement
If the amount withheld by the system exceeds the payable amount, the excess amount will be returned to the futures copy trader's account; the insufficient amount will be settled to the lead trader according to the actual payable amount.
-
Daily settlement cycle
All profit sharing calculations are completed uniformly at 08:00 (UTC + 8) every day and settled the next day.
-
Fund attribution account
Futures copy trading and fund management are completed in the same futures account, without the need for additional transfers or account switching.
II. Trigger conditions for profit sharing
-
Must be fully positioned squaring for settlement
The futures copy traders' account needs to fully position squaring all positions related to a certain lead trader within the current calendar day, and the system will enter the profit-sharing settlement process on the next day.
-
Incomplete position squaring is not counted for the time being
If a trading pair still has copy orders that have not been position squaring, the transaction and related profits will be postponed until they are fully position squaring and processed uniformly, without generating intermediate profits.
-
The profit sharing ratio is based on the level of the lead trader at the time of opening the position
The change in the level of the lead trader does not affect the orders that have been opened. For example, if the lead trader is upgraded from L1 (profit sharing ratio of 12%) to L2 (14%), the orders opened before the upgrade will still be distributed at 12%, and the orders opened after the upgrade will be calculated at 14%.
III. Typical profit-sharing settlement cases
Case 1: Single order, full profit
-
The futures copy trader A followed the lead trader M to open a position in BTCUSDT and made a profit of 100 USDT, which was fully positioned squaring before settlement;
-
The system deducts 100 × 12% = 12 USDT in advance;
-
The next day's settlement profit sharing is 12 USDT, distributed to the lead trader.
Case 2: Multi-futures trading, partial loss
-
The futures copy trader B follows BTCUSDT (profit 300 USDT), ETHUSDT (profit 200 USDT), and SOLUSDT (loss 100 USDT) respectively;
-
All orders have been positioned squaring before settlement;
-
The next day's settlement profit sharing total is: 300 × 12% + 200 × 12% - 100 × 12% = 48 USDT.
Case 3: Some orders are not positioned squaring
-
The futures copy trader C follows BTCUSDT (profit 300 USDT), ETHUSDT (profit 200 USDT), and SOLUSDT (loss 100 USDT) respectively;
-
At the same time , the futures copy trader under the lead trader, the profit order has been position squaring, and the loss order SOLUSDT has not been position squaring;
-
The system will pre-deduct profit sharing of 300 × 12% + 200 × 12% = 60 USDT;
-
However, due to incomplete position squaring, 60 USDT will be settled the next day;
-
No profit sharing or settlement after the loss position squaring on the 3rd day.
Case 4: All non-positioned squaring, no settlement triggered
-
All orders from the futures copy trader D have not been positioned squaring (regardless of profit or loss);
-
The system will not withhold profits or settle accounts;
-
After waiting for all orders to position squaring, enter the unified settlement process.
Post script
-
"Pre-withholding profit sharing" amount refers to the expected profit sharing amount payable for profitable orders that have been positioned squaring.
-
If there is a loss in the order, the amount will be reduced accordingly to ensure that the lead trader only enjoys profit sharing when the the futures copy trader receives real profits.
