After successfully applying to become a lead trader, you will have the authority to manage futures copy trading strategies and receive a corresponding percentage of profit sharing from futures copy trades' profits. The system has established a clear hierarchy and profit sharing rules to motivate excellent lead traders to continuously output high-quality strategies.
Classification and evaluation mechanism
The platform divides the lead traders into three levels and conducts comprehensive evaluation based on the following three core dimensions.
- Average daily assets of the futures account in the past 30 days
- Total volume of band orders in the last 30 days (including own trades and follower trades)
According to the evaluation result, the trader can get up to 20% of the futures copy trading profit sharing .
Profit sharing and level update mechanism
- Profit settlement cycle : Daily 08:00 (UTC + 8) The system automatically settles the profit of the previous trading day.
- The default initial level is L1 : New lead traders enjoy a 10-day data observation period, during which they do not participate in level statistics and updates.
- The formal evaluation cycle is a 30-day rolling : the system automatically reviews the account and trading performance of the past 30 days every day to update the level of the lead traders.
- Level Retention Mechanism : After each successful upgrade, the system will retain the new level for at least 10 days. If a downgrade condition is encountered during the retention period, no downgrade will be performed, only the current level will be retained; The new period will be recalculated after the retention period ends.
- Level update does not affect historical orders : Opened orders and unsettled historical profit sharing are still calculated according to the original level, and the new level and profit sharing ratio are only effective for newly opened orders after evaluation.

The level system for lead traders aims to motivate lead traders who consistently output high-quality strategies in the long term. The higher the level, the higher the profit sharing ratio, and the corresponding increase in influence and exposure.
