Agreement of Futures Copy Trader

I. Transaction Services and Restrictions

1. You should judge the authenticity, legality, and validity of cryptocurrency and related information on your own, and independently bear the responsibility and risks arising therefrom. The platform does not conduct prior review of all information, assets, transaction behaviors, and related matters provided by users, nor does it assume relevant responsibilities.
2. During the use of this service, you need to comply with the trading rules, risk control strategies and copy restrictions published by the platform from time to time.

II. User qualifications and responsibilities

1. You should be a natural person who is over 18 years old, has full capacity for civil conduct, and has the corresponding knowledge and experience to understand and control the risks associated with futures copy trading.
2. You need to ensure that the account information is true and accurate, and keep the account info properly. If the information is leaked or the account operation problem is caused by personal reasons, you shall bear all the responsibilities by yourself.
3. You promise that the source of funds in your account is legal and you shall not use the platform to engage in illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud, and illegal fundraising. If the platform discovers abnormal behavior, it has the right to take necessary measures in accordance with laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
4. The platform has the right to collect your identity information, transaction information, etc. in accordance with compliance requirements. If the information you provide is incomplete, untrue, or does not pass the review, the platform has the right to restrict or terminate your use of relevant services.
5. The withdrawal address you submit must be owned by yourself and ensure complete control. Any losses caused by incorrect address filling will be borne by you.

III. Platform Rights

1. The platform reserves the right to modify the content of this agreement at any time. The modified agreement will be announced through the official website announcement or in-app notification. You are responsible for regularly reviewing and continuing to use the service is deemed to accept the latest agreement content.

IV. Dispute resolution and compliance coordination

1. If you have a transaction dispute with others during the use of the service, the platform may apply for mediation by either party and has the right to make judgments and decisions based on the platform rules and actual situations. You agree to accept and abide by the decisions made by the platform.
2. The platform has the right to provide necessary materials such as your user information and transaction records to relevant institutions in accordance with laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. If you are suspected of infringement, illegal or other violations, the platform may take necessary measures including but not limited to restricting access, freezing funds, and closing your account.

V. Risk Warning and Disclaimer

1. You understand and agree that the platform is not responsible for any losses caused by the following situations, including but not limited to:
   1. Direct or indirect damages such as investment losses, profit losses, and goodwill losses;
   2. Account restrictions or transaction suspensions caused by suspected violations or risky trading behaviors;
   3. Failure to follow up due to technical delays, data synchronization, or system abnormalities;
   4. Losses caused by personal mistakes, misunderstandings of strategies, and incorrect parameter settings;
   5. Trading deviations or failures caused by uncontrollable factors such as market fluctuations, insufficient liquidity, and network interruptions;
   6. Copy differences caused by changes in trader strategies or undisclosed explanations.
2. The futures copy trading service is based on an automated execution mechanism. Your account may complete trading activities such as opening positions and position squaring without manual operation.
3. Futures copy trading has a certain delay, which may cause the following trading price to deviate from the original lead trader's transaction price, especially during market fluctuations, this deviation may expand.
4. If the platform is unable to provide the futures copy trading function due to force majeure such as network interruption, system maintenance, and third-party service restrictions, the platform will not be liable for compensation.
5. The platform only provides a display of lead traders and their strategies, and does not constitute any form of guarantee or endorsement of their trading level, performance, or profitability.
6. Investment decisions are made by you independently, and should be fully combined with your asset status, risk appetite, and trading experience. Futures copy trading may result in partial or total losses, and you are fully responsible for your investment behavior and results.
7. All losses incurred due to the use of this platform's futures copy trading function, including deviations or failures caused by technology, rules, or external uncontrollable factors, shall be borne by the user.
