To cooperate with the financial audit requirements of Ju.com’s listed company entity, ensure compliance of financial statements and transparency of fund flows, further promote decentralized asset storage, and improve asset transparency and on-chain verification efficiency, Ju.com will conduct a major wallet system upgrade from 03:00 to 06:00 (UTC+8) on May 27, 2026.
This upgrade aims to introduce a more advanced underlying infrastructure, reducing centralized risks while providing users with an asset management experience that better aligns with Web3 standards. At the same time, it will further optimize platform compliance and enhance asset management security.
The arrangements during the upgrade are as follows:
I. Deposit Address Migration
After the upgrade is completed, Ju.com will launch a brand-new deposit address system:
Activation of New Addresses: After the upgrade, please log in to your account and manually refresh the deposit page to obtain your new deposit address.
Old Address Transition Period: Except for public chains that have already been officially discontinued, old addresses on other supported chains will remain compatible for 30 days (until June 27, 2026).
Deposit Rules: Assets transferred to old addresses during the transition period will still be credited automatically. After June 27, 2026, all old addresses will become permanently invalid, and mistakenly deposited assets may not be recoverable.
II. User Operation Guidelines
Account Balances: During the upgrade, your existing assets will remain securely isolated. No manual action is required, and your account balance will not be affected.
Function Restrictions: During the upgrade period (03:00 — 06:00 UTC+8), deposit and withdrawal functions will be temporarily suspended. Spot and futures trading functions will remain unaffected.
Information Update: Please promptly update your Ju.com deposit addresses saved on third-party platforms (such as other exchanges, personal wallets, or mining pools).
