The JuCard system upgrade has been successfully completed!Thank you for your patience and support during the upgrade period.
To further enhance payment experience and system security, we have issued new JuCard cards for all users. Please take note of the following important information:
Card Replacement Notice
- The original JuCard has been deactivated and can no longer be used for top-ups or payments.
- Your new card has been automatically issued, and your balance and transaction history remain intact—no manual migration or reapplication is required.
Using Your New Card
- If you use JuCard with Google Pay, Alipay, or WeChat Pay, please remove the old card first, then re-bind your new card to avoid payment failures.
- The binding process remains the same as before. Once completed, your payments will function as usual.
- Apple Pay support is expected to resume by the end of November. Before that, JuCard payments via Apple Pay are temporarily unavailable.
Important Reminders
- Always obtain your new card information via the official Ju.com website or app to avoid phishing or fraudulent sites.
- If you encounter any issues during binding or usage, please contact our official customer support for assistance.
