1.Service Suspension During the Upgrade Period
All JuCard functions will be temporarily suspended, including but not limited to:
- New card applications, card top-ups, and spending
- Viewing card details, transaction history, and balances
- Modifying registered phone numbers or canceling cards
Services will gradually resume after the upgrade is completed.
2.Important Changes
- After the upgrade, your JuCard number will be automatically updated, and the old card number will be deactivated.
- Once your new card number is activated, please rebind it to your payment platforms (e.g., Google Pay, Apple Pay) to continue making payments.
- Your card balance, transaction history, and account information will remain unchanged — no manual action is required.
3.User Reminders
- Please plan your transactions in advance to avoid any inconvenience caused by the service suspension.
- The JuCard interface and related functions will be temporarily closed during the upgrade and will automatically reopen once the system resumes.
- The completion time and further updates will be announced via Ju.com official website, App notifications, and email. Please stay tuned for the latest updates.
