Compensation for affected users who participated in 5M through the exchange will begin on September 21, 2025, with users gradually receiving their respective payouts. Compensation Method
This compensation will adopt a combined approach of “Special Project Protection Compensation + JuTrust Insurance Compensation.”
Special Project Protection Compensation
- For asset losses, calculations will be based on the pre-incident snapshot price of the platform token (fixed at 1 JU = 23U of purchasing power);
- An additional 1.1 million JU will be distributed to all affected users via linear release over 100 days.
JuTrust Insurance Compensation
- The JuTrust Insurance Mechanism will be activated, allowing users to receive compensation via JU computing power;
- Computing power is allocated at a ratio of 1U:1, with a settlement benchmark of 1 JU = 23U.

Distribution Method: Returned to community users via on-chain airdrop;
Period: Linear release over 100 days;
Rule: Distributed proportionally based on users’ absolute loss (detailed query guidelines will be published in a supplemental notice).
Execution: This compensation will be executed immediately, with computing power allocated at 1U:1, using 23 USDT/JU as the price benchmark, totaling approximately 1.88 million JU. In addition, the 70% computing power bottom-line guarantee remains valid and will continue to be honored at JU’s peak valuation benchmark of 23U.
User Compensation Claim Process
- Visit https://jutrust.org;
- Authorize login using the wallet bound during deposit/withdrawal;
- Navigate to the “My JUTRUST” page;
- Click the “Compensated” tab and select the project to claim;
- Click “Withdraw Tokens” → Complete wallet authorization signature → Withdraw token compensation to your wallet;
- Bind your exchange UID (users must already be certified in JUNODE, otherwise binding will fail);
- Click “Withdraw Computing Power” → Complete computing power compensation withdrawal to the bound UID account in JUNODE.
