Compensation Measures
Compensation will be executed according to the JuTrust On-Chain Insurance Protocol (coverage ratio: 30%):
If redeemed USDT value ≥ total invested USDT value (no loss) → No compensation triggered;
If user’s loss ≤ 70% → JuTrust will provide equivalent JU computing power compensation based on the loss amount;
If user’s loss > 70% → JuTrust will provide dual compensation in JU computing power + JU tokens;
Compensation is based on 30% of the invested amount, converted into JU computing power or JU tokens according to the rules;
Compensation will be calculated based on user investment and redemption records and the real-time JU price, ensuring fairness, transparency, and traceability.
Compensation Arrangements
Technical Verification: The platform has simultaneously launched on-chain and backend technical verification to confirm user investment and redemption data, ensuring accuracy in compensation calculations;
Coverage: All users on Ju.com who have participated in the 5M Community project with actual investment records;
Method: Compensation will be directly credited to users’ accounts, and users can check details via 【Asset Center → JuTrust Compensation Records】;
Timeline: The first batch of compensation is expected to be completed within 3 business days after the publication of this announcement.
